Liz Murillo (Director)
Financial Advisor, Edward Jones(PCA)
I am a Latino Board Leadership Academy Fellow; I’ve lived in the Bay Area my whole life. Gilroy is my hometown. I was introduced to RTSV while participating in the board leadership academy offered through the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley in 2024. I am a mom, daughter, sister, Christ follower, community supporter and advocate for the organizations I serve. I’m also a lifelong San Francisco 49er Faithful!
Professionally, I am a Financial Advisor. Twenty-one years in the financial industry revealed a wide gap in how clients were planning for their future, specifically how they were converting established wealth into a source of ongoing income and family legacy. After multiple attempts, it was a client of mine who finally convinced me to become a financial advisor.
My hope is to always motivate and inspire my people to define what living well now and in retirement looks like. The result of our collaborative effort is the confidence that the planning they’ve done is enough to live the life they want to live, with room to impact the community they love through charitable giving.
When I’m not tackling financial strategies or making touchdowns with client goals, you can find me spending quiet time or traveling to watch the 49ers play with my two children, Jonathon and Ava, and my two bulldogs, Mo’ne and Kobe; collectively, the four of them keep me pretty busy outside of work. Yes, she’s a Laker fan too! I actively serve my community at New Hope Community Church and through organizations like Foster the City, Mobilize Love, Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley, Gilroy Chamber, Gilroy Rotary and the Gilroy Exchange Club.
