Deanne has been working in the nonprofit housing-related world for over 30 years. She started out in college working with Mountain TOP, an organization that provides home repair in the Appalachian Mountains, followed by her work with Habitat for Humanity as director of an affiliate in Bend, Oregon, then Northwest Regional Director. She loves being in touch with direct service for homeowners in need here at Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley. Since December of 1999, she has coordinated our October and April Rebuilding Days, recruiting and training project leaders, as well as managing all logistical, material and volunteer labor details. She also serves as our bookkeeper. When she’s not working with Rebuilding Together, she’s busy keeping up with her family, husband, Sean; children, Brendan and Tara; and two dogs, Bailey and Bell.
